Supported by the Company “Failloux et Compagnie”, the contracting authority, this medium-sized hotel complex is presented by a set comprising for the accommodation part six single bungalows, 5 twin bungalows including 3 with mezzanine, and for the administrative part of a building for general services of 130 m2 with office and shop, a technical building with laundry room and premises for staff and the development of an 18-space car park.

The design of this complex was worked on by the agency “Pascal Beaudet and Eric Regaud”, with a location by the sea.

The amount of the investment base giving entitlement to the indirect investment regime is 397.6 million francs.
